Welcome to Studio Bloom Web Design. By purchasing our services, products, or digital downloads, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging our services.

1. 💻 

Services Provided

Studio Bloom Web Design offers:

• Custom website design & development
• Branding and logo creation
• Social media design & management
• Print design (flyers, business cards, posters, etc.)
• Custom merchandise (shirts, hats, signage, etc.)
• Digital templates and marketing materials

All services are tailored to each client’s unique business and creative needs.

2. 💰 

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your booking and project start date.
• The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.
• Work will pause if payments are late or missed.
• Payments can be made via e-transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods as specified on your invoice.
• Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be billed separately at our current hourly rate.

3. 📅 

Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided at the time of booking. Timelines depend on:

• Client responsiveness and approvals
• Timely delivery of content (logos, text, images, etc.)
• Scope changes or revisions

Studio Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or incomplete materials.

4. 🎨 

Design Process & Revisions

• Each design package includes a specific number of revision rounds.
• Additional revisions or concept changes beyond the included rounds will incur extra charges.
• Once a design is approved, any further changes may be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

5. 📄 

Ownership & Usage Rights

• Studio Bloom Web Design retains ownership of all design concepts and files until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, final approved designs are transferred to the client for personal or business use.
• Studio Bloom reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. 🧾 

Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

In short:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided once design or production has begun.
• Digital downloads and customized items are final sale.

7. 🛍️ 

Product Orders & Print Items

• All printed materials and merchandise are produced through verified printing partners.
• Studio Bloom is not responsible for minor color variations due to screen or printer differences.
• Replacements are provided only for defective or damaged items upon verified proof.

8. 🔒 

Confidentiality

Studio Bloom Web Design respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared (such as passwords, business strategies, or brand materials) will be kept private and not shared with third parties.

9. ⚖️ 

Limitation of Liability

Studio Bloom Web Design is not liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from project delays or website downtime.
• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting providers, printers, software, etc.).
• Client changes or misuse after project completion.

10. 🧠 

Intellectual Property

All creative materials, graphics, templates, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Studio Bloom Web Design until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our designs or templates is strictly prohibited.

11. 🌐 

Website Maintenance & Hosting

If you choose Studio Bloom for ongoing website updates, maintenance, or hosting, terms will be outlined in a separate maintenance agreement. Studio Bloom is not responsible for hosting or domain issues managed by third parties.

12. 💬 

Communication

All project communications will take place via email, phone, or approved project platforms. Studio Bloom operates during standard business hours (Eastern Time). Weekend or after-hours requests may be billed at an overtime rate.
